Steven Mince, Director of Security at ADESA been in the industry for 25 years. Mince started out in the automotive security industry at the General Motors Proving Ground, took a quick detour into the pharmaceutical security world for a few years and returned to the auto industry with ADESA in 2018. He was the safety and security manager at the Flint auction until early this year when he had the opportunity to take on his current role. Mince also spent just over 20 years in the paid-on call fire service, where he retired as an assistant chief in 2017.
He currently lives in Michigan with my wife Kristine and their black lab, Willow.
